Patrick (Pat) Tuck

Shop Superintendent


Pat has over 36 years of experience in the millwork industry, all with Washington Woodworking. He joined the apprenticeship program in 1979 and graduated in 1984. Pat then progressed from journeyman, layout man, department foreman then to his current position of Shop Superintendent. As the Shop Superintendent, he is responsible for assigning work, troubleshooting equipment, project engineering, expediting jobs, shop personnel management, ordering supplies and quality control. Pat has received 3 Annual Washington Building Congress Craftsmanship Awards for his expert craftsmanship during his career.
