Pat has over 36 years’ experience in the millwork industry having started his apprenticeship with Washington Woodworking in 1985. He graduated from his apprenticeship program in 1989 to work as a journeyman in the shop and since worked his way up the ranks to his current role as Executive Project Manager. Pat oversees multi-million dollar projects, managing project coordination, plans, budget, procurement and schedule along with the professional development of assistant project managers. The Washington Building Congress has awarded Pat the Annual Craftsmanship Award for his expertise during his craftsmanship career.
